Baby Alana's Early Flesh Tones Stages:
So far I did three thin layer washes of flesh 04. You will see that baby Alana's lips are paler than the rest of her skin, that is because when I paint African American reborn babies, I do not paint or apply any paint on the lips in the early process. I wait until I am towards the end when I am almost done with the baby's painting. You may notice that her hands and feet are a little lighter than the rest of her body or skin, the point of than is to give her the effect of a very young African American newborn baby look and effect to add realism!!!
